     Mental Health Solutions provides oversight and full-service mental health crisis management solutions through its designated crisis response team called the Mental Health Response Team. The Mental Health Response Team, commonly referred to as the "Response Team," will evaluate individual patients in crisis and recommend appropriate referral sources as well as provide expedited transfers to inpatient psychiatric facilities for patients needing such services. The Response Team is staffed by licensed, qualified mental health professionals experienced in mental health crisis intervention. 

 

A Message from Jeremy Sprott, LPC, CEO of Mental Health Solutions

 

     We are excited to partner with local healthcare providers to provide care and superior mental health crisis management services to the Greater Houston area. With 21 years of crisis management counseling experience in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and the last 12 years in Houston, I consider myself fortunate to be able to lead this effort to offer hope and a chance to heal for the thousands of patients that find themselves in emotional crisis every year. 

     We are dedicated to providing the best crisis response solutions to this community. It is our passion and desire to utilize every available means to address the growing need for more mental health crisis intervention strategies.   

     We understand the challenge that hospitals and emergency centers face when attempting to treat both medically and emotionally complicated situations in one setting. Our main goal is to improve response times and the expediency with which we determine a treatment plan for each patient from triage to discharge.
